Hydraulic ISO Container Handling System

1- Description The ROLL'HYDRO container handling system enables full handling operation of all kind of 20 to 45 foot containers, either full or empty equipped with ISO corners and with a maximum total weight of 42 tons. The ROLL'HYDRO system fulfills the entire working operation (handling, coupling, lifting, lowering on a chassis or on the ground, rolling and storing). These operation can be performed by one person only. The ROLL'HYDRO system is made of 4 independent lifting hydraulic cylinders. Each of them is operated by an electric pump. The electric pumps are connected to a central unit providing the necessary power. The power is provided directly by either AC or by a gasoline generator (a Diesel generator is also available as an optional equipment). A radio remote control enables lifting of the 4 cylinders in a synchronized manner. 2-Applications The ROLL'HYDRO system can handle an average of 3 containers per hour. It is mainly used by carriers/handling companies and by industries dealing with their own containers. Thank to its transportability, the use of the system is not limited to a specific area. The ROLL'HYDRO System comes in two versions: The Standard Version and the Self-Loading Truck (SLT) version, whence the Roll'Hydro is attached at the back of the tractor-trailer. click on each picture to enlarge the Self Loading Truck Version
