Our Manufacturing facility has an integrated heat treatment shop for classic treatment, case-hardening (solid and gas-depth up to 6mm), quenching and tempering in a microprocessor-controlled atmosphere. MTS-SA is very proud of its very efficient induction treatment department.

Our DS-KOPP and LANDIS NC grinding machines allows us to obtain the best quality in the cam profiles and to realize the most difficult profiles such as concave cams.

MTS-SA produces cams and camshafts from a range of 9 inches (220 mm) to 40 feet long (12m) and from 1 lbs. (.450 kg) to 27 000 lbs. (12 tons).
